Office of the Ombudsman


The Office of the Ombudsman is an independent resource for parents who have unresolved concerns, complaints or questions regarding the public school system. The office clarifies school policy and mediates conflicts between parents and school personnel. The Ombudsperson is available to assist parents with District procedures, policies, and to interpret educational jargon for parents.

    Need Help? Check with your school's Family Liaison and follow these steps:

School Counselor

    Questions and concerns regarding your child's individual performance. 

Principal

   Questions regarding school safety, maintenance and answers
to questions that the teacher may not be able to answer. 
 

Associate Superintendent

Questions about District policy or unanswered school questions.
