The vocal music department is a visible partner in the activities and programs of the Greater Cleveland community. Participation in performance and showcasing of talent are routine between and in conjunction with other organizations. The concert choir performs annually at Allegheny College and the Cleveland Institute of Music with the CIM Orchestra. Vocal music students participate in many recitals, presentations, and master classes conducted by national and international artists of note such as Awadegan Pratt, Leon Bates, Max Roach, and Florence Quiver, and Kay George Roberts.
