February 22, 2008   "Unveiling" of Jelliffe Gallery at Karamu House and MBA/SOUP March 2008 Joint Luncheon  
Please mark your calendar and plan to attend the "Unveiling" of Jelliffe Gallery at Karamu House on Wednesday, February 27 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

In December 2007, The Chapter along with several other organizations participated in a Holiday Party to raise funds to renovate the Jelliffe Gallery at the Karamu House. Well the work is done and it's time to celebrate.
 

Also, please mark your calendar and plan to attend the March 2008 Joint Luncheon between the National Black MBA Association and the Society of Urban Professionals  on Thursday March 20, 2008 at the Marriott Downtown Cleveland.

Our speaker will be Mr. Ricky Smith , Director of Port Controls for the City of Cleveland. We will also present our 2008 Visionary Award to Mr. Frederick Nance .

The Society of Urban Professionals in partnership with the National Black MBA Association invite you to attend our joint luncheon on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at the Marriott Downtown Cleveland at KeyCenter.

Our guest speaker is Mr. Ricky Smith, Director, Department of Port Control for the City of Cleveland. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the Cleveland Airport System, including Cleveland Hopkins International and Burke Lakefront Airports. In addition, he is responsible for managing the City's properties along Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River.

We will also present our 2008 Visionary Awards to Mr. Frederick Nance, Regional Managing Director for Squire Sanders.
