State of Ohio’s few Adult Full Service Centers. Located at Max S.
Hayes Adult Education Annex, the Full Service Center provides
career development and career enhancement training programs. Your

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA FOR ADULTS ENTERING CAREER DEVELOPMENT
TRAINING
Individuals must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Pass an entrance exam
- Be willing to abide by program rules and policies
- Be in good physical condition
- Be drug free
HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CAREER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
1st
Individuals should come to the Office of Adult and Continuing
Education, Full Service Center for entrance testing. Call (216)
634-2157 for testing schedule.
After passing the entrance tests, individuals should:
2nd
Schedule an interview with a Career-Technical Education
Counselor and complete an admissions application.
3rd
Meet with a Financial Aid Counselor to secure financial
assistance. Self-paying students should meet with the counselor
to arrange a tuition payment agreement.
FINANCIAL AID
Tuition payment and Financial Aid arrangements must be secured
prior to the first class meeting. Financial Aid is available for
most Career Development Training Programs. Eligible students may
receive tuition assistance via:
- Federal Pell Grant
- Workforce Investment Act (WIA)
- Veterans Benefits
- United Labor Agency
