The Pyramid of Success is a three-tiered prevention and intervention model designed to improve student behavior, school climate and academic achievement. Through the implementation of universal (school-wide), targeted (classroom), and intensive (individual) support services in each K-8 and selected setting, the Pyramid of Success will increase student achievement and improve school climate. This three-tiered model emphasizes the merging of existing academic systems with behavioral systems to form a service delivery model centered on data-based decisions, intervention design, and systematic progress monitoring.
