Students in the Culinary Arts Department at the Jane Addams Business Center will create a buffet of Thanksgiving Day favorites on Nov. 14 and Nov. 15 at The Executive Grille on campus.

The $15 buffet, a fundraiser for the culinary arts program, will feature Thanksgiving staples such as roast turkey breast, baked Ohio ham, stuffed chicken breast, corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, pumpkin soup and sweet potato casserole.

The buffet will be open 11am - 1:45 pm both day; no reservations accepted. The $15 price includes beverage, tax and tip.

Don’t have time for a full buffet? Carry-out meals are available at a cost of $8.95, and many of the buffet items are included.

On Nov. 19 and Nov. 20, students will hold the 16th Annual Fundraiser Pie Sale at the campus grille, 2372 East 30th St. Traditional pumpkin and sweet potato pies are $8 apiece; Dutch apple pies are $13; pecan pies are $15.

Several varieties of cheesecakes will be sold at the cash-and-carry sale, including New York style for $23 and pumpkin spice for $25.

The sales will run from 12 p.m.-4:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 and from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. on Nov. 20.
