 * Two, 3-hour parent-teacher conference sessions will be held after school hours, following the close of first and second marking periods. (1 day) [Makeup for November 23, 2011]

  1. Two 6-hour voluntary professional days for CTU bargaining unit members will be scheduled outside of the regularly scheduled day. Individual schools will set specific dates and times. 
  2. The CMSD must designate five (5) contingency/emergency days in the event instructional days are required for makeup.
    These days are June 8, June 11, June 12, June 13 and June 14, 2012.
  3. The calendars for the Innovation Schools are based on the approved district calendar, but differ relative to their specific
    MOU’s.
