How can a student go from K → 6th without reading at grade level? (Benchmark tests scope & sequence WWEA gr. 2 assess.)
How do you identify dyslexia & what methods do you use to help w/ the disability? (What specific methods?)
Are teachers equipped to diagnose dyslexia?
  • IBA - intervention based assistance process PreK – 12 (push in – determine strategies – informal intervention – MFE)

How does reduction in staff impact IBA process – how quickly can it (eg: dyslexia) be diagnosed?

Are the teachers and para-profs in the PD re: behavior….is it behavior problem or is it child’s learning style or the teacher is teaching….. PD focus anti-social behavior 4/6 hours x 2 days all CMSD professional development.
When do we get past the fundamental – when does my child get more challenging work? (Parent as teacher…)
