THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CLEVELAND METROPOLITAN SCHOOL DISTRICT ("CMSD") authorizes you to view and download the materials at this Web site ("Site") solely for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials be retained on any and all copies of the materials.
